It is rare in central London for a site to become available for a truly unique new build residence. In this case our Client had the foresight to acquire a small office and adjacent house, which he was able to amalgamate into a much larger site. Just as the project started Kensington & Chelsea changed their planning policy regarding large double basements, however by assembling the right team and putting together a detailed and considered proposal, Boundary Space managed to win a planning permission at appeal for what is probably one of the last double basements in RBKC.
