Hyde Park Gardens Apartment
Brief
This project took a confused and outdated apartment in a block overlooking Hyde Park and completely gutted and rebuilt the interiors, in the process converting the loft into a fifth bedroom/games room and laundry.
Construction
So much of the interior, including the floors has been removed during construction, that significant propping was required. This also allowed us to rebuild the hallways and integrate a new helical stair up through all four floors.
